    Description

    An aesthetic sterling hand hammered after dinner coffee pot by Bigelow, Kennard & Co. with a large applied beetle and a small ladybug on the hinged domed lid of the pot. The two sides of the coffee pot have applied blossoms in the Japanese style.  Height 7 3/4"; Weight 10.45 troy oz. Circa 1880. There are some nicks and dings on the base otherwise  very good condition with no dents or damage on the body.  The handle is tight.  Never monogrammed.
