This is an original, vintage 1994 Guest pass for Frank Sinatra's live concert performance at the Copa Room at the Sands Hotel in AC, NJ.
Sinatra's farewell to the Sands.  He would retire shortly thereafter.
It comes from the collection of a long time, well-known Sinatra authority, employee and friend of Frank and the Sinatra family:
