    Description

    Up for auction is this Brush Pottery 5 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter, pedestal planter from the 1930's.  It is matte pale yellow.   The bottom is signed 822 6 BRUSH USA.  I believe it is from the 1930s as Brush Pottery became Brush/McCoy. It has a ripple edge with an outside teardrop design.  It is free of cracks, chips, dings, or any other damage except for an extra small spot of mud on the inside bottom and several dark smudges that I have shown in a pic.  It has very light crazing.  It is a lovely bit of the past.
