I remodel homes for a living, and received this unit as part of a payment for work that I did in a nearby million dollar home. The seller didn't use this fridge, as it is in impossibly good condition. All the appliances were high end, 20+ years old and in impossibly good condition. I do know the seller was a single man without family. I do not know if he had multiple homes and just didn't spend time there, or how, but I would describe the condition as "floor model."
